In the alchemy of faith, God’s wonder-working power transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary, saving hearts and rewriting destinies.No doubt about the fact that the children of Israel were so ordinary before the Egyptians. The enemy may see you as common. There is the usual statement that nothing good can come out of you. The God that you serve will prove them wrong in Jesus’name Amen. God smote the Egyptians with all His wonders. Among them are: the plague of frogs, the plague of flies, the plague of boils etc.
The most devastating one is this. Pharaoh’s chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea (Exodus 15:4). This is wonder of God’s salvation power that we enjoy when we come to Christ. In addition, we enjoy the Wonder of God’s transforming power. We are referring to the divine transformation that turns a sinner into a Saint. We are referring to the transforming power that turns one that is not learned to one that is learned. Think about this for a moment :
Acts 4:13 AMPC, ” Now when they saw the boldness and unfettered eloquence of Peter and John and perceived that they were unlearned and untrained in the schools [common men with no educational advantages], they marveled; and they recognized that they had been with Jesus ” . You cannot be in God’s presence and not be transformed.We must get rid of those engagements that take us away from Christ’s presence. Always remember that God’s wonder-working power is a cosmic catalyst, turning the mundane into the miraculous, and saving souls with the brilliance of divine grace.
